Do you enjoy working on a small team and working with great people? We are a small team and are looking for a Systems Engineer with a minimum of 11 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree to deliver enterprise video collaboration capabilities, including architectural design and optimization, system evaluation and analysis. The candidate shall work closely with a Senior Project Manager to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluate alternatives including cost, risk, supportability and analyses for total systems. The systems engineer shall lead analysis at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal; ensure the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions; and translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications. Required Qualifications:
Broad system experience and understanding of supporting elements of modern enterprise video capabilities architecture including the OS and relevant networks.
Experience analyzing, designing, and developing enterprise video capabilities.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Ability to mitigate issues and provide detailed status updates.
Technical expertise within video communication networks.
Technical knowledge of Unified Communication (UC) network systems.
Ability to provide specifications and detailed schematics for network architectures.
Experience operating Cisco system components.

Understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and H.323 communication protocols.

Experience supporting Unified Communications (UC) solutions, including voice, video, and the supporting infrastructure.
Experience supporting real time and on-demand streaming infrastructure.
Experience supporting Poly / Cisco / Skype VTC platforms
Experience working on an enterprise ticketing system
Knowledge of advanced networking fundamentals in support of real time media delivery, including multicast platforms
Ability to analyze technical data quickly and communicate with others to resolve issues.
Experience in large-scale video migration efforts to include a multi-vendor environment
Possession of excellent customer service skills
