The Sponsor's office provides knowledge management and data services to enable search and discovery, as well as improve collaboration across the organization. The Sponsor requires project management  and technical support to manage projects and to perform software development activities within budget in the areas of enabling search against structured and unstructured data sets, coordinating and collaborating on documents across the organization, leveraging machine language to discover content that would otherwise be missed via Boolean, and incorporating artificial intelligence to do predictive analysis and make recommendations based on historical data. 

Required Qualifications:   

• Demonstrated experience leading Lean Agile developments team to include generating sprint plans.
• Demonstrated experience in technical project management with full lifecycle software development.
• Demonstrated experience translating customer requirements into system requirements and being able to define MVl's, Features and user stories within the Lead Agile construct. Demonstrated experience meeting schedule and delivery commitments within budget.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years.
• Demonstrated experience using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products and sprints.
• Demonstrated experience recommending or taking required corrective actions.
• Demonstrated experience with risk identification, management and mitigation.
• Demonstrated experience working with reporting system for notifying system status and to seek approval for deployment to production.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements.
• Demonstrated experience tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts to be communicated to a range of audiences in briefing and reports.
• Demonstrated experience working with reporting system for notifying system status and to seek approval for deployment to production.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated recent experience with the Sponsor's Lean Agile methodology.
• Demonstrated experience managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals.
• Demonstrated experience with Sponsor data repositories, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Sponsor JIRA Workflow.
