Responsibilities

 

  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated experience operating in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Regular engagement with Senior Executives both in person and virtually, on a daily basis
  • Record accomplishments supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables
  • Action-oriented and forward-leaning approach to supporting Sponsor requirements
  • Leverage outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships to drive mission objectives.
  • Utilize TaskIt to create, respond, and coordinate Sponsor Actions
  • Regular documentation in Hive, OneNote, or similar applications to manage and share program documentation and track activities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience supporting the IC
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives
  • Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track Sponsor activities
  • Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise
  • Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities
